The money for taxes came from millions, and millions of Vietnamese people, currency from foreigner travels to Vietnam, and loans from World Banks. Which, went into corruption government packet. Today over three [3] million Vietnamese refugees are living around the world. Each year they are sent back into Vietnam 10-15 billion US Dollars, to help their families, that money also went into corruption government packet…  “Vietnam Country belongs to whom?"
